Deer Brook Civic Association Election
The President resides over all meetings. The President shall be responsible to initiate actions or projects so as to maintain and to communicate awareness of activities that affect the overall welfare of the DBCA’s and DBSTC’s members.
The Vice President shall be responsible for capital improvements planning and program development. The Vice President in the absence of the President shall preside at all meetings.
The Secretary shall prepare minutes of all meetings. The Secretary shall establish and be custodian of all official and permanent records, shall send notices and agendas of meetings, and shall perform other duties as requested by the President.
The Treasurer shall maintain supervision of receipts and custody of disbursements of all DBCA and DBSTC funds, shall maintain accurate records and receipts of all finances and shall prepare current accounting of revenues and expenditures for each meeting. The Treasurer shall be responsible for the collection of dues and other incoming funds.
Director of Membership
The Director of Membership shall be responsible for all DBCA and DBSTC membership records. The Director shall work with the Treasurer to prepare and distribute all statements and DBCA and DBSTC dues. The Director shall maintain accurate records related to bond holders, redemption requests, and disbursements.
Director of Civic Affairs
The Director of Civic Affairs shall function as the liaison between Medford township and the DBCA. The Director shall update and inform the DBCA regarding community activities. The Director shall maintain the DBCA and DBSTC websites. The Director shall also oversee and direct the Area Delegates.
The Area Delegates shall be responsible for disseminating information to the DBCA members. The Delegates assist with membership, social, and sports activities of the Club. The Delegates shall operate as the welcoming committee for new residents to the Deer Brook community.
